His Highness Major General Sheikh Taleb Bin Saqr Al Qassimi, the Director General of Ras Al Khaima Police Department, urged individuals and business owners to follow preventive measures in securing their properties during their absence, requesting them to quickly inform the police of any theft incidence they might face in order to quickly arrest the criminals and suspects.
He assured the keenness of the Ministry of Interior to preserve security and stability throughout the country, in implementation of the vision of our leadership in this regard; adding that the security and stability are of the necessities of life and essential elements for achieving progress, advancement and comprehensive development of the nation.
He said that the Ministry’s campaign organized by the Department of the Federal Community Police under the title “Our property… Our Responsibility”, reflects the care and attention extended to providing secured and stable lives for citizens and residents as one of the profits achieved, noting the success of the Ministry in similar campaigns launched during past years.
He added that public safety education is extremely important as it is one of the important priorities of the Ministry to raise precautionary awareness among all segments of the society including houses, shopping malls, markets and enterprises by following safety rules and security basics, in order to avoid risks and preserve the lives and property of community members.
