New building for Ambulance and Rescue Department to serve
RAK and Al Fujairah
Colonel Mohammad Ali Al Marzouqi, Acting Director General of Finance and Support Services and Director of Engineering Projects and Buildings Maintenance at MoI has announced execution of a new building for Ambulance and Rescue with effect from next July on the busy Al Taween-Al Saadi Road which links between RAK and l Fujairah Emirates The project is under RAK Police HQ.
Al Marzouqi has affirmed that the project is within MoI plan to provide security and safety services on all roads of the country to achieve strategid goals of MoI.
Major (Engineer) Abdul Hakeem Salim Al Tamimi, Head of Engineering and Designs at the Department of Engineering Projects and Buildings Maintenance and Project Supervisor said "The new building is one of the distinguished projects that the Department executes, in terms of services to the road users. The nature of the surrounding area is taken into account. A modern touch is added to the building. It is divided in the internal in a way that serves the department personnel. Possibility of developing the building in the future to accommodate any developments is also considered".
