The Permanent Higher Committee for Human Resources at the Ministry of Interior determines to prepare new mechanism on setting general appraisal system for all of Ministry of Interior employees including officers, non - commissioned officers and civilians.
This was announced by Major General Khalifa Harib Al Kheli, Assistant Undersecretary of Ministry of Interior for Resources and Support Services while chairing the fifth meeting of the committee.
“The goal of this new system is to upgrade performance, motivate employees and develop work, following the instructions of our police leadership, and -as embodiment of comprehensive development strategy in various police fields”, said Al Kheli.
“According to the recommendations, the annual shooting program will to be restudied, and a general study for training programs will be prepared”, added Al Kheli.
He noted that a number of topes have been referred to Policies and Strategies Council at the Ministry of Interior, including projects of “Physical Fitness for Ministry of Interior employees ”, and “Career Path at the Ministry of Interior”.
