The Committee tasked with the activation of the ministry of interior's organizational structure discussed documentation of procedures of Umm Al Quwain Police organizational structure.
Major General Khalil Dawood Badran, Director General of Finance and Services at Abu Dhabi police, and Chairman of the committee affirmed keenness to uplift the work of police institution so as to preserve the gains achieved in the provision of services, security and stability to support the growth and prosperity of the country in all areas.
Colonel Salim Ahmed Al Mazrouie, deputy commander in-chief of Umm Al Quwain police presented the procedures which have been made to activate the organizational structure, among which were assignment of tasks and job placement, among others.
The meeting reviewed the Ministry's efforts in achieving the objectives of the organizational structure to enhance police work, in accordance with the best world standards in this respect.
The ministry of interior organized a number of seminars on activating the new organizational structure at the police general headquarters of Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah. The seminars addressed the principles of constructing the ministry's organizational structure and its vision to develop it, in addition to job description.
