MoI Organizational Structure Committee
discusses activation methodology and briefings program
The Committee charged with the activation of the second phase of the new MoI Organizational Structure held its 6th meeting which was presided over by Major General Khalil Daoud Badran, Director General of Abu Dhabi Police Finance and Services, head of the Committee. The meeting discussed the methodology of activating the new Organizational Structure, the program of organizing briefing program for the concerned departments and a report about the field visits for all the newly created administrative units.
Major General Badran confirmed his keenness of executing the directives of Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister- Minister of Interior to intensify efforts to accomplish the second phase of the organizational structure on time, and to identify what is meant by job description and its role in defining the number and type of jobs, duties of each job, scope of supervision and responsibility and the relations and communication among various administrative levels.
It is worth mentioning that job structure system reduces supervision, improves performance efficiency, makes goals, authority, and duties clearer, and helps enhance organizational relationships.
