The General Department of Strategy and Performance Development at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) discussed the establishment of developmental policies and its mechanism for Punitive and Reformatory Establishments at the MOI, at a specialized workshop held in Abu Dhabi Police Officers Club. The workshop was attended by Major General Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of H.H Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior and Colonel Faisal Sultan Al Shu'aibi, Director of Strategy and Performance Development Department at the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.
The Secretary General urged the participants to redouble their efforts in order to accomplish their mission, which is represented in “setting policies,” referring to the development of the MOI policies as the backbone to achieve the ministries’ goals and prospects.
Major General Al Nuaimi confirmed that the police commandment is keen to support the Policies Division at the General Department of Strategy and Performance Development, and to develop the performance and policies of different directorates at the MOI.
First Lieutenant Hamad Al Direi, Head of Policies Division at the General Department of Strategy and Performance Development at the MOI introduced the workshop that targets the assigned team at the General Department of Punitive Reformatory Establishments at the MOI.
The workshop also discussed a number of topics related to the concept of developmental policy, and witnessed a few exercises on knowledge transfer. The participants displayed great interaction with all topics.
