Introductory workshop to set up international benchmarking database


The benchmarking Center at the Directorate General of Strategy and Performance Development held earlier an introductory workshop to set up an international benchmarking database which includes the best international police practices.

Director of the Center Lt. Colonel Mubarak Saeed Al Ameri, made an overview about the center, indicating that benchmarking is a process to measure and develop through comparing performance of a particular firm to that of the best international organizations.

The benchmarking center was established to improve the total performance and facilitate involving and implementing the best practices at all government bodies countywide, said Al Ameri.

The workshop was presented by Captain Mohammed Nekhairh Al Mazrouei and strategic advisor Essam Mahmoud Al Hammadi.
