Evening shift at Licensing Office of
Masakin Fuel Station in Al Ain

ADP GHQ Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Section in Al Ain has extended the working hours of its Office at Masakin Fuel Station during the evening to assist customers in finalizing their transactions.

Lt. Colonel Ali Salim Al Darei, Head of Al Ain Licensing Section said “After extension of working hours, customers who cannot finalize their transactions during morning shift can do this during evening shift. The services include vehicles inspection, renewal, registration, writing off, transport outside the country, transfer inside the country and payment of fines if there are no traffic points”.

“Extension of working hours is intended to promote customers service as there is a clear increase in their numbers. This will allow delivery of best services in response to ADP GHQ strategy to facilitate procedures for the public and to reduce crowd and pressure on main service centers’, added Al Darei.

He has affirmed that opening of licensing service offices in remote areas assists the residents of these areas to finalize procedures at their areas without the need to travel to the main centers, the thing that saves their time and effort. He has urged customers to cooperate with Al Ain Licensing Section by visiting office adjacent to their homes.
