Customer service office opened at the Al Khazna
Abu Dhabi Police has recently opened an office associated with the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Section at Al Khazna area in Al Ain. It is one of other eight offices which serve different suburbs of Al Ain City. The event substantiates the strategy of Abu Dhabi Police GHQ to simplify procedures, and mitigate pressure from main service centers.
The employees in the new office and other offices will answer all the queries raised by the customers and carry out their transactions, said Major Matar Obeid Al Dhaheri, Deputy Director of Al Ain Licensing Section. He stated that opening this office will help save the customers’ effort and time.
He added that the services offered by the office include all licensing services such as issuing of driving licenses, vehicles licensing, companies procedures, violations queries, and submitting complaints and suggestions.
Now, he said, most internal and external parts of Al Ain city are covered by licensing services. He appealed locals and expatriates residing at the peripheral areas to make use of these offices in order to reduce pressure in the main offices.
