Capital Police Directorate celebrates the National Day
The Capital Police Directorate has organized a celebration on the occasion of the 39th National Day, at Al Marina mall, with participation of Police Music Band. The festivity kicked off with a tour through the mall corridors by the music band. Then the band started the evening with the national anthem followed by a number of patriotic and heritage pieces of music.
Some of the band members performed the song of “Hooray Zayed’s Home” and “Al Ayala dance’. The evening included poems delivered by Rayana Al Ood, who excited the audience with her patriotic poems.
The evening included quizzes, prizes and token gifts given to the public.
At the end of the festivity Captain Hamad Mattar al Niyadi, Head of Media and Public relations at the Capital Police Directorate thanked the audience for their presence and participation. He gave away commemorative shields to participants and thanked them for their efforts and cooperation.
