Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Acting Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Naturalization Residency and Ports Affairs, called on staff working at both the Directorate General for Residency and Foreigners affairs in Umm al-Quwain and Ajman to keep providing distinguished and developed services to facilitate customers’ procedures, as per the institutional excellence standards.
Upon his arrival to Umm al-Quwain Residency and Foreigners’ Affairs General Directorate, Major General Al Khaili was greeted, during his visit by Colonel Ibrahim Bin Abdullah Al Mala, Director General, in addition to department directors, chiefs of sections and a number of officers from the Directorate.
Al Khaili was briefed on the various workflow stages and toured the visas, residence and naturalization services’ hall. Moreover, he valued the efforts exerted to provide distinguished services to the public.
Furthermore, Al Khaili visited the Ajman Residency and Foreigners Affairs’ Directorate General; in addition to the Companies’ Passports Office; the Ajman Port Passports Office, affiliated to the Ajman Residency and Foreigners Affairs’ Directorate General. He was briefed on the workflow, and expressed his satisfaction with the level of performance. Moreover, he gave his directions to implement all excellence methodologies adopted by the directorate, in the various services provided in these offices.
Major General Khaili was accompanied during his visit by brigadier Mohamed Abdullah Alwan, Director General for Residency and Foreigners affairs in Ajman; Lieutenant Colonel Mohamed Ali Al Amiri, Acting Director General of Resources and Support Services; Lieutenant Colonel Mohamed Hamoud Saif Al Nabahani, from the Assistant Undersecretary’s Office; and Major Khamis Said Al Kanadi, from the Strategy and Performance Development Department , in addition to a number of Officers from the Ajman Residency and Foreigners Affairs’ Directorate General.
