Abu Dhabi Police and Dubai Ambulance coordinate to face disasters
Colonel Mohammed Abdullah Al Nuaimi, acting director general of Civil Defence and director of Abu Dhabi Police Emergency and Public Safety chaired the coordinative meeting between Emergency and Public Safety Department and Dubai Ambulance to discuss ways and mechanisms of coordinating joint cooperation during disasters and serious incidents.
The two sides also discussed ways of preparing joint action plans to reduce risks of serious incidents such as the fog accident which occurred later in the area between Seh Shuaib and Al Samha.
Colonel Al Nuaimi affirmed that this cooperation achieves the government’s strategic goals.
The first meeting was held in Dubai and attended by Qadhi Al Mroshid, director general of Health Authority in Dubai, and Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, director general of Abu Dhabi Police Central Operations.
