The Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, represented by the Explosives Security Information Center in the Weapons and Explosives Department, signed a memorandum of understanding with Ras Al Khaimah Police General Headquarters, represented by its Weapons and Explosives Division. The memorandum aims to enhance cooperation and coordination between the two parties in the field of establishing and developing security information centers on explosives in the Weapons and Explosives Division in Ras Al Khaimah Police. The ceremony was held at the Ras Al Khaimah Police Headquarters under the supervision of Weapons and Explosives Coordination Committee.

The agreement was signed by Brigadier Mohammed Al Noubi Mohammed, Deputy General Commander on behalf of the Ras Al Khaimah Police, and Colonel Hameed Saeed Al Afreet, Director of Weapons and Explosives Department from the Abu Dhabi Police.

The memorandum includes a study to establish a center for security information on explosives in the Weapons and Explosives Division in the Ras Al Khaimah Police, in cooperation with the Explosives Security Information Centers in the Weapons and Explosives Department at the Abu Dhabi Police.

According to the agreement, expertise, capabilities, and work methods of the Explosives Security Information Center in the Weapons and Explosives Department at the Abu Dhabi Police shall be made available. The agreement also addressed a mechanism to distribute information and brochures, identify the partners that the center is serving and define the center’s needs and requirements.

The ceremony was attended by Brigadier Abdullah Khamis Al Hadidi, Director of Police Operations, Colonel Salim Sultan Al Darmaki. Director of Criminal Investigations Department, Captain Salim Abdullah Abdul Karim Al Ahmad, Director of Inspection and Invalidation Division, all on behalf of the Ras Al Khaimah Police. On behalf of the Abu Dhabi Police, the ceremony was attended by First Lieutenant Khalifa Saeed Al Faliti, Head of the Training Department, First Lieutenant Matar Rashid Al Shamsi, Director of Explosives Security Information Center, First Warrant Officer Mohammed Salim Al Kaabi, Warrant Officer Ahmed Salim Al Niadi, and Warrant Officer Ahmed Al Dhhouri from Explosives Security Information Center.
