The Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters recognized four members of its staff for their excellence in police work. This recognition reflects the police leadership’s vision to distinguish its staff members in an attempt to catalyze them to be more creative and innovative.

Major General Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, recognized the distinguished staff members; he commented: “Catalyzing the police staff is a priority for the police institution. The institution provides its staff members the required support and elements for creativity.” He thanked the distinguished staff members for their efforts, and called upon them to continue the march towards excellence in order to preserve the Abu Dhabi Police’s world-class achievements.

The committee that recognized the staff members included: Brigadier General Omer Al Muhairi, Deputy Director General of Police Operations in Abu Dhabi Police, Head of the Committee; Colonel Abdulhakim Al Swauidi, Committee Vice Head; Lt. Colonel Saeed Al Dir’i and Major Muhammad Al Blushi, Committee Members; Captain Suhail Al Niyadi, Committee Secretary; and Warrant Officer Abdullah Al Mansouri, Committee Rapporteur. The committee chose the recognized staff based on their achievements in police work.

The ceremony was attended by Brigadier General Al Muhairi and Colonel Abdulhakim Al Swauidi along with committee members and a number of officers. Commemorative snapshots were taken with the distinguished employees who are: First Warrant Officer Ibrahim Al Housani from the Special Tasks Department of the Directorate General of Guards and Special Tasks; Warrant Officer Abdulkhaleq Muhammad Naji from the Directorate General of Security and Ports Affairs; Sergeant Ammar Hussein Abdullah from the Directorate General of Security and Ports Affairs; and First Policeman Ali Muhammad Saleh from the Peripheral Areas Police Directorate of the Police Operations Directorate General.
