The Directorate General of Police Operations at Abu Dhabi Police GHQ organized a ceremony to honor the departments involved in the implementation of the 2012 strategic plan. The honoring also included directorates and department directors and deputy directors; police stations directors; heads of strategic planning branches, and employees from the Office of the Director General of Police Operations. The ceremony was held at the Police Officers Club in Abu Dhabi.
Major General Mohammed bin Al Awadhi, Director General of Police Operations at Abu Dhabi Police lauded the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ employees’ efforts to implement the strategic plan, so as to develop work and achieve the Higher Leadership’s mission and goals. He also urged employees to make further achievements, stressing the need to pursue the objectives to raise the level of performance indicators, as per the best advanced standards in of the field of customer services provision.
Furthermore, Major General Al Awadhi praised the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ employees’ efforts to implement the strategic plan, urging them to pursue further achievements. Moreover, he stressed the need to achieve the performance indicators’ objectives and to provide outstanding services to customers with high professionalism. At the end of the celebration, Major General Al Awadhi honored directors general, deputy directors general and heads of departments.
The ceremony was attended by Brigadier General Amir Al Muhairi, Deputy Director General of Police Operations; Brigadier General Maktoum Al Sharifi, Head of the Abu Dhabi Capital Police Department; Colonel Sheikh Mohammed bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Director of the Peripheral Areas Police; Colonel Sultan Al Zaabi; and Major Mohammed Khoury from the Office of the Director General of Police Operations.
