The Abu Dhabi Police discussed cooperation and expertise exchange in technical fields with its Omani counterpart.
Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations, met today the Information Technology Department delegation of the Royal Omani Police headed by Major Abdullah Said Al Kalbani. The meeting took place at the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.
Major General Al Raisi welcomed the visiting delegation, emphasizing on the deep relations that the two countries share in all areas, especially in police and security fields.
Colonel Anwar Abdullah Al Mulla, Head of ICT Department in Abu Dhabi Police, attended the meeting at the end of which Major General Al Raisi and Major Al Kalbani exchanged souvenirs.
The delegation then visited the Technical Support Division of the ICT Department headed by Lieutenant Colonel Tarek Al Hassani.
They received an overview about the customer service center and its applications and programs. For example Sanad, a program for reporting technical problems, displays notification calls and sorts them in record time. The delegation remarked on the employees’ call response speed and efficiency.
The delegation praised the success of the visit along with the developmental efforts of the Abu Dhabi Police, especially within the customer service and technical support center that offers premium regional services.
