Information Technology and Communication Department at Abu Dhabi Police (ADP) has recently honored 120 of its employees and strategic partners at the Abu Dhabi Hilton Hotel.
In attendance were Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police, Brigadier Isameel Al Serkal, Deputy director of Central Relations and Colonel Anwar al Mulla, director of IT and Communications Department.
Of those honored, 10 employees obtained ITIL certification, 32 employees obtained Recognized EFQM Assessor Certification, and 5 employees obtained Certified Computer Instructors Course.
The 'ambassador of excellence' prize has been awarded to Lt. Colonel Mohammed Abdullah Al Zaabi, deputy director of IT and Communication Department.
Honored also were the distinguished teams for the year 2011 in disciplines of quality, training, business security companies, application project, database on modern storage systems, minor defects committee, awareness, computer emergency response and Gitex 2011 team.
