ADP Air Wing rescues a new born baby-girl
Abu Dhabi Police Air Wing aircrafts carried out several humanitarian tasks, including the transfer of some patients from the hospitals across the UAE, and the transfer of traffic accidents victims in different regions.
One of Abu Dhabi Police Air Wing aircraft has transferred a two-day old Emarati new baby born baby- girl from Saqer Hospital in Ras Al Khaimah to Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. She was suffering of a hole in the heart, and while on board she received all necessary medical care from the crew members.
In another task, an Air Wing ambulance aircraft transferred two persons involved in a traffic accident on Abu Dhabi – Al Sila Road, to the Abu Dhabi - based Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. They were suffering from multiple fractures and wounds on different parts of the body. The medical crew on board provided necessary medical attention to keep their condition stable before arriving at the hospital.
Also an Air Wing Ambulance aircraft transferred a 42-year old Indian national suffering from myocardial infarction, from Delma Hospital to the Abu Dhabi - based Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. It also transferred another 24- year old Indian patient from Zayed Hospital in the Western Region to the Al Mafraq Hospital in Abu Dhabi, for his deteriorating health condition. The medical crew on board offered the necessary medical care for all the patients before reaching the hospital.
