The General Directorate of Human Resources at Abu Dhabi Police organized (8) workshops titled “disseminating culture on concepts of workers welfare and methodology of job organization”.
360 staff members of Abu Dhabi police have participated in these workshops which were earlier held at Al Raha Beach in Abu Dhabi.
Workshops were delivered by Dr. Ayman Shefiat, from the Strategic Planning Branch at the Police Schools Department, in collaboration with the employees welfare team affiliated to the General Directorate of Human Resources.
Holding these workshops came within the framework of Abu Dhabi Police keenness to deliver the best methods of welfare to its employees, and stemming from the strategic plan of the General Directorate of Human Resources in supporting all staff members and giving them the right of expressing their opinions and rights, to eventually attain the highest levels of satisfaction.
Participants were impressed with the workshops and their contents, and expressed thanks to Abu Dhabi Police for the huge efforts it is exerting to keep up with excellence and best performance.
