Civil Defense Department of Al Ain city has created three new service centers at the municipality of Al Ain, civil defense of Al Ain, dangerous vehicles testing center, in addition to introducing e-programs to facilitate access to services by the public.
Lit Colonel Rashid Mohammed Hamar Ain affirmed that these centers will provide the best services for clients and enhance performance in a manner fulfilling their requirements. Other offices are scheduled to be inaugurated during the first quarter of the next year in the areas of Mazyad, Al Yahar, Al Wagan and Al Her, he further affirmed.
Captain Nasser Mohammed Al Dahba, acting head of civilian protection section at the Al Ain's Civil Defense, said the service center at the municipality of Al Ain offers a number of services. It receives all the transactions pertaining to business shops, companies and factories located in the city of Al Ain. It also receives applications for issuance and renewal of compliance certificates. All fees can also be paid at the center, he further said.
A number of certificates are also issued at the center including building execution certificates, certificate of compliance with safety and protection instructions, To Whom It May Concern, certificates of Economic Development Department, among others.
The Dangerous vehicles testing center in Mazyad offers a wide range of services. All vehicles- related transactions can be received at the center. The center also approves the use of gas transportation vehicles and hazardous materials vehicles. In addition, all vehicles related transactions fees are paid at the center.
