242 consultations given by the Social Support Centers over three months

 

Brigadier Najm Abdullah Al Hosani, Director of ADP Social Support Centers Department gave 242 advices for different problems over the first quarter of this year (January, February and March), through their toll-free number (8005354). 

The breakdown of consultations is as follows: 151 from Abu Dhabi, 87 from Al Ain and 4 from the Western region. They vary between conjugal problems, family, psychological and educational problems.

"The phone guidance service aims at helping community members in dealing with their social, domestic and psychological problems, and presenting psychological and social support to the caller", added Al Hosani.

The Centers offer best scientific and practicable solutions to protect the community against social blights and the advice is given smoothly and with ensured confidentiality and privacy.

He has confirmed the management keenness to communicate with different categories of the public, to offer guidance services for many domestic problems through phone in a civilized way and by experienced consultants as a step towards protecting the community against negative effects of social problems.
