Residency and Expatriates Affairs in the Western Region celebrated the graduation of 13 female staff members who completed a training course on “skills of security sense and their uses in residency, citizenship and ports- related works”.
The course was held in cooperation with the Emirates Institute for Citizenship and Residency.
The graduation ceremony was attended by Major Khalfan Buti Al Qubaisi, director of Residency and Expatriates Affairs in the Western Region and a number of police officers.
Al Qubaisi said the course comes as part of the annual training plan 2011, underscoring the importance of participation of staff members in such courses to further gain expertise in dealing with customers and accomplishing their transactions.
On the other hand, Public Relations and Customer Service at the department partook in the lecture which was organized by the Family Development Center, in the Western Region, as part of the breast cancer campaign currently launched.
Dr. Wala Subaih, of Abu Dhabi health authority, has set forth the causes, symptoms, and treatment of the disease, stressing the importance of sports and family support to patients.
