SAAED for Traffic Systems participated in the 15th Edition of the National Career Exhibition, held under the patronage of His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, Member of the UAE Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah. The Exhibition that was held at the Expo Center in Sharjah, aims to support efforts to achieve sustainable employment process.
Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem Al Qassimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, visited the “SAAED” pavilion, where he was received by Brigadier Engineer Hussein Ahmed Al Harthi, Director of the Traffic and Patrol Directorate in Abu Dhabi Police, and Chairman of the SAAED Society to Reduce Traffic Accidents.
Al Harthi underscored the Company's keenness to provide initiatives that support the efforts deployed to establish a sustainable Emiratization process, by activating UAE Nationals’ recruitment programs, as per the the Country’s directives towards the Emiratization of the private sector. He also pointed out that the Company, through its participation in this Exhibition, seeks to highlight the job opportunities in the UAE market, and the best means to invest them to achieve the Emiratization vision adopted by the UAE Government.
Furthermore, Al Harthi indicated that UAE job seekers can visit the “SAAED” pavilion, to get acquainted with its functions and work nature. This reflects the Company's commitment to pursue the efforts it has recently developed by generating more than 100 job opportunities for citizens, as per a well-defined policy adopted by the Company to enable Emiratization, so as to achieve the coveted goals.
Concluding, Al Harthi noted that the Company is deploying particular efforts to establish a solid Emiratization process, which contributes to a professionally-mature generation, through periodic training courses. Such courses will hone the talents of Emirati youth, and strengthen their introduction in the labor market, so as to achieve sustainable employment process.
