"Naturalization and Residency" discusses cooperation
with Sudanese and Indian embassies
Major General Nasser bin Al Awadhi Al Minhali, MoI Assistant Undersecretary for Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs, has received at his office today, Tuesday, individually, Ahmed Sidiq Abdul Hai, Sudanese Ambassador to the UAE and the Indian ambassador to the UAE.
During the two meetings they discussed the circumstances and conditions of the Sudanese and Indian communities, and ways to enhance cooperation and coordination between the Naturalization, residency and Ports Affairs and the Sudanese and Indian embassies to the UAE.
Major general al Minhali lauded the efforts made by the Sudanese authorities and their full cooperation regarding the issue of underage camel jockey rehabilitation and compensation, and closure of this file for good.
On the other hand the Sudanese ambassador appreciated the brotherly and honest relations between the UAE and the Republic of Sudan, in addition to care and services delivered to Sudanese nationals by Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs, and their cooperation with the embassy in finalizing transactions concerning embassy staff.
The meetings were attended by Colonel Bakheet Al Suwaidi, Office Director to Assistant Undersecretary and Colonel Saeed Rakan Al Rashdi, Director of Violators and Foreigners Follow up Department.
