"My Profession" Summer Programme participants visit ADP Officers Club
The students participating in "My Profession" Summer Project launched by the Community Policing Department at ADP in cooperation with Abu Dhabi Educational Council have paid a visit to ADP Officers Club in Abu Dhabi to spend a recreational and educational day there.
Lt. Colonel Waleed Ali Al Ali, Head of Support Services at the Department of Clubs and Sports Activities welcomed the students and urged them to continue their education with excellence.
The students watched a documentary about ADP GHQ since its foundation by the HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan (May his soul rest in peace) up to the present day.
The students also visited the Head Office of the Emirates Scout Association, where they were received by Ahmed Nasser Al Mundhri, the General Manager, who took them on a tour of the different facilities followed by a documentary about the history of the Emirates Scouts.
Then the students listened to a brief on the importance of scout work in life and were given Association medals as commemorative gifts. The students paid a visit to Al Samha Scout Camp where they received practical training.
