Abu Dhabi Police, represented by Al Ain Traffic and Patrols Section in the Traffic and Patrols Directorate, promoted the traffic awareness and activities in “Al Ain Motors Show Motex 2013.” The Section participated with an awareness pavilion in the in the four days Motors Shows organized by Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company in Al Ain Convention Centre.
Major Salah Abdullah Al Humairi, Acting Chief of the Al Ain Traffic and Patrols Section explained that the participation in such events embodies the strategy of Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters in activating the mechanisms of communicating and interacting with community events.
Furthermore, he noted that the personnel of the Public Relations Branch of the Section answered the public inquiries on traffic issues, which strengthens the confidence among the public and the Section’s personnel, and contributes to upgrading the traffic culture.
For his part, Acting Director of Public Relations Branch at the Directorate noted that during the participation in the exhibition, two patrols were showcased: a quad bike (Bolorayz) and a car (Camaro). He urged young people to abide by the traffic laws. Moreover, the personnel of the Section distributed traffic awareness brochures and gifts to the public; they also played awareness films on a large TV screen.
Notably, Al Ain Motors Show Motex 2013 was a great success due to the big number of audiences of automotive lovers in the UAE in General and Al Ain in particular.
