The Residency and Foreign Affairs Directorates set work schedules during Eid Al-Adha holiday. These schedules are for the various directorates, service departments and Naturalization directorates and departments in the Residency and Foreign Affairs Directorates at the State level.
Major General Nasser bin Al Awadi Al Menhali, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Naturalization Residency and Ports said that the holiday work schedule for all the service departments in these directorates will start from ten in the morning until one in the afternoon, except on Friday and Saturday.
“The working teams were set up for the immediate completion of the public’s transactions and the continuous provision of services to avoid work pressure and congestion expected after the holiday. This strategy is in line with the Ministry of Interior’s work principles on quality and outstanding performance,” he explained.
He also pointed out that this procedure is in accordance with the police leadership’s directives to improve services for the public, and to devote the necessary attention to total quality management concepts. This is also a strategy of the Naturalization Residency and Ports Department to provide outstanding public services; ensuring quality and excellence in their performance in order to gain more customers.
In conclusion, he expressed his warm wishes for a year full of happiness, health and success to the Higher Leadership, UAE citizens, and the Islamic and Arab nations.
