Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at Abu Dhabi Police honored a total of 75 officers, NCOs and personnel for excellence in their work during 2011, in the presence of a number of police officers.
Colonel Mohammed Mayouf Ahmed Al Kutbi, Director of Vehicles and Drivers Licensing praised, in a speech during the ceremony, the efforts of honorees in developing work and providing better services to clients, stressing the desire of police leadership to stimulate the staff members for more creativity.
He also stressed the importance of employees' satisfaction which the Department always seeks to establish in its various services, noting that the assessment of the employees of Abu Dhabi Police has been developed and conducted according to the international standards.
“Educating the employees by the heads of departments and branches on the new assessment process at the department is important”, he noted.
After that, Brigadier Al Kutbi distributed certificates of appreciation and awards to the honorees including males and females.
The honorees expressed delight over honoring, and thanked the Police Leadership on its attention to appreciate the efforts of outstanding staff members.
They said honoring is an incentive to them for further excellence in the work, and will raise the level of satisfaction among workers, and promote a culture of initiative among them to submit development proposals.
