The Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs Sector at the Ministry of Interior announced working hours at its various departments across the UAE during the National Day holiday. The working hours on Sunday December 1st, and Monday December 2nd will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at all customer service centers at these departments.
Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs said that work teams have been formed to ensure a speedy completion of customers’ emergency and urgent transactions. This measure aims to deliver services to the public by avoiding work pressure and the expected rush following the National Day holiday. It also embodies the Ministry of Interior’s strategy to achieve the standards of quality and excellence in performance.
“This procedure exemplifies the directives given by our police leadership on the need to upgrade the level of services provided to members of the public. It also showcases our keenness to promote the principles of total quality and excellence in performance and to deliver distinguished services to community members,” he added.
Major General Al Khaili extended his heartfelt congratulations and blessings to the higher leadership and the people of the UAE; praying Allah Almighty to protect the country and maintain the blessing of safety and security.
