In a meeting headed by Major General Staff Khalifa Harib Al Khaili, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Resources and Support Services, the Ministry of Interior has discussed its training plan for the year 2012 with human resources and training officials at the police general headquarters at the countrywide level.
Al Khaili affirmed that the training necessities at the ministry of interior go according to well studied plans, taking into consideration the actual police requirements and the new training developments.
Developing and improving training process, upgrading performance quality of staff members and increasing their capabilities are mainly dependent on variation of training programs and modern technologies, said Al Khaili.
Colonel Dr. Ali Salim Al Tunaiji, director of Training Department, MoI, has delivered a presentation on “Improving Training Opportunities” where he addressed the 2012 training plan in line with preparations for taking part in the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award in its next edition.
