Commander General of Al Fujairah Police, Brigadier Mohammed bin Ghanem Al Kaabi, attended at the headquarters of the Al Fujairah Police a lecture organized by the ministry of interior on the role of the Interpol on combating international crimes. The lecture was delivered by Colonel Ali Salem Al Khayyal, Director of the Interpol Department at the ministry of interior.
The United Arab Emirates enjoys a huge reputation in various international and regional arenas in the support of international cooperation and law enforcement, as part of its leading role in confronting the organized criminal activities which pose a direct threat to the global security and stability, said Al Khayyal during the lecture.
He addressed a number of topics such as the international treaties signed by the UAE, ways of utilizing the international Interpol database, and the procedures followed to combat international vehicles theft.
The lecture was attended by Colonel Humaid Al Yammahi, director general of police operations and a number of senior officers, officers and civilian staff members at the Al Fujairah Police.
