Ministry of Interior discusses rationalizing power consumption
The Ministry of Interior’s Committee for Rationalizing Power Consumption discussed implementation of the process in all the departments of Civil Defence across the UAE.
During the coordinative meeting which was held at the Police Officers Club in Al Ain on Tuesday, Major General Rashid Al Matroushi, acting Commander General of Civil Defence stressed importance of rationalizing power consumption in all the departments of the Ministry of Interior.
For his part, Lt. Colonel Harib Al Khaili, Head of the Committee reviewed the goals, criteria and principles to ensure reduction of power consumption at the Ministry.
At the end of the meeting, the members exchanged the information related to the procedures and mechanisms of implementing the plan, and discussed the options and suggestions which help conserve energy.
