Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, the graduation ceremony of a specialized training course on “risk assessment management in the workplace”, which spanned over three days at the Eastern Mangroves Hotel in Abu Dhabi, with the participation of department directors and heads of departments at the Central Operations General Directorate in Abu Dhabi Police.
Major General Al Raisi stated: “The General Command of Abu Dhabi Police has developed a strategy for risk assessment and management, according to the latest international standards in the work environment; and has established preventive plans in a refined manner.
Moreover, he explained that the course is a specialized and aims to acquaint the participating officers with the means to design and implement the necessary procedures, related to the topics of the course, as well as develop assessment and evaluation methodologies.
For his part, Captain Nasser Abdullah al-Saadi, Training Liaison officer at the Central Operations General Directorate and training supervisor, noted that these courses are designed to develop the participants' skills; equip them with the necessary knowledge, and develop preventive plans according to a strategic approach.
At the end of the course, Major General Al Raisi, accompanied by Colonel Mohammed Abdullah Al Nuaimi; Director General of Civil Defense in Abu Dhabi, distributed the certificates to the graduates; in addition to a certificate of thanks and appreciation to Dr. Sharaf Al-Mushref, lecturer of the course.
