The Directorate General of Resources and Support Services at the Naturalization, Residency and Ports Sector organized a lecture titled “Smart Management of Time”. It was presented by Dr. Shafea Mohammed Saif Al Neyadi, a certified trainer in human resources development and family relations. The lecture was held at the Union Hall; and falls within the communication strategy of the Assistant Undersecretary for Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs’ Sector.
In his lecture, Dr. Shafea tackled the concepts and fundamentals of time, the importance and characteristics of time, positive thinking with the self and others, dealing with others, identifying priorities, methods and goals, and the importance of daily and weekly planning, and the continuous assessment of one’s own performance.
At the end of the lecture, Dr. Shafea Al Neyadi answered the audience’s questions. The lecture was attended by the heads of departments, chiefs of sections and a number of officers from the Directorate General of Resources and Support Services at the Naturalization, Residency and Ports Sector.
