Judiciary Military delegation gets acquainted with forensic evidence sections
Legal officers from Judiciary Military Directorate, affiliated with the Armed Forces have visited the Forensic Evidence Department at the Directorate-General of Security Affairs and Ports at Abu Dhabi Police.
The visit comes within the framework of the mutual visits which aim at exchanging the scientific and service knowledge and as part of the constant directives of Abu Dhabi Police to strengthen ties of cooperation with all the institutions in the country.
Col. Abdul Rahman Al Hammadi, Department Director, has met and welcomed the visiting delegation, affirming the importance of these visits which help reveal the nature of the security work.
The delegation, a long with Captain Maryam Jumaa, General Coordinator of the Department, visited the sections of documents checking, chemical analysis, forensic biology, and the traces of fires, machines and weapons.
They also listened to detailed explanations about the nature of each section, by the experienced officers. They saw the examination equipment which are being used in each section.
