An international meeting held in Abu Dhabi will be discussing the best experiences and practices in the field of customer services during the second UAE Customer Services Week which will kick off on Monday at Sheraton hotel.
The event is held under the patronage of Lt. General H.H Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.
On the second day of the Week, the Ministry of Interior will deliver its experience in customer services by presenting a paper titled ‘practices and findings’.
The event will include workshops where a number of internal and international institutions and government and private agencies will take part.
One of the most important strategic goals for the Ministry of Interior and the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ is to communicate with partners in various occasions and events and to build effective partnerships between the Ministry of Interior and other local and international agencies specialized in customer services, said Lt. Colonel Nasser Al Kaabi, director of Customer Services Department at the Secretariat-General of the Office of HH Deputy Prime Minster and Ministry of Interior.
Workshops will be focusing on learning from the best practices in complaints management, boosting service delivery and customers experience through training, he further said.
