Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Police Central Operations assisted in the graduation ceremony of the Initial Phase Project Management Session for projects, methodologies, and initiative managers in the Abu Dhabi Police Central Operations General Directorate. The ceremony has lasted one week and was held at the Royal Meridien Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
Major General Ahmed Al Raisi stated that organizing such specialized sessions for project managers enables them to be highly efficient in the completion of projects and Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters initiatives. He wished them success in their careers and urged them to transmit what they have learned to their colleagues at work.
The session discussed key concepts and terminology in project management, and how to apply the initial setup steps and plan for projects with high efficiency. It also focused on the best ways to implement modern technologies in the project management.
Within the program, some practical examples were shown through workshops to the participants regarding how to perform a feasibility study for some projects beginning with the inception of the idea until its assessment, as well as the completion of the project.
At the end of the ceremony, the Central Operations General Director presented certificates to the graduates.
Captain Nasser Abdullah Al Saidi, Training Liaison Officer in Central Operations General Directorate, and Alia Tamer, Director of Development and Training Department in the Emirates Academy, also attended the ceremony.
