Lt. General, H.H Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, met on Tuesday evening, Major Ali Abdullah Bin Daen Al Ghafli, from the Strategy and Performance Development General Department, at the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, who recently acquired a doctorate degree with honors from the University of Manchester, England.

Major Al Ghafali briefed His Highness on the targets of his scientific thesis on management development and government excellence, which focused on the implementation of government initiatives strategy; including models of excellence.

His Highness expressed his appreciation for the academic achievements made by the National cadres, who constitute a role model, making the police institution proud. His Highness also congratulated Major Ali Al Ghafli, wishing him success and further efforts and contribution.

The meeting was attended by Major General Nasser Lakhraibani Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of H.H Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters; Colonel Mohammed Hamid bin Dalmooj, Director General of Strategy and Performance Development, at the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and Colonel Saud al-Saadi, Director of the Secretariat of His Highness, the Minister.

It is noteworthy that Major Ali Abdullah Bin Daen Al Ghafli holds the “Sword of Honor” and ranked first in the 13th batch of graduates from the Police Academy in 2003. He also holds two Masters Degrees in Total Quality Strategy, and International Business Management from the United Kingdom.
