Colonel Saif Ali Al Kutbi, General Director of the Police College, witnessed the graduation of 44 officers of different departments in the Ministry of Interior, in Al Etihad Hall. The four courses include “Requirements of Quality Control System,” “Development of Employees’ Ambition and Creativity,” “Presentation Skills and the Art of Speech,” and “Strategic Planning;” they were organized by the Officers Training Institute.
The four courses aim to improve the knowledge and skills of participants regarding the Requirements of Quality Control, and its related standards. They also enhance participants’ skills in preparation for problem solving, and how to present an idea or a new suggestion to experts or an audience. The courses also covered overcoming challenges that accompany presentations, and enhancing skills to improve ambition, intelligence and job creativity.
The Strategic Planning course included a workshop and practical applications regarding strategic planning specifications and concepts, as well as its basics and tools.
The participants attended theoretical and practical lectures, group discussions, and were involved in role playing, brainstorming, mini-sessions and video sessions that simulate reality.
The graduation ceremony was attended by Lt. Colonel Dr. Ahmad Ali Al Khuzaimi, Director of Officer Training Institute and the heads of departments in Police College and Officer Training Institute.
