A delegation from the Customer Services Department at the Secretariat- General of the Office of HH Deputy Prime Minster and Ministry of Interior concluded on Friday its official visit to Service Canada and a number of other government bodies in Canada.

During the visit extended from 17-21 October, the delegation has examined the best international practices and applications on customer services, stated director of customer services department and head of the delegation, Lt Colonel Nasser Khadem Al Kaabi.
 
The delegation comprised Captain Hamdan Al Mazrouei, First Lit Mohammed Musallam Al Ameri and Talal Kailay, strategic expert at the Strategy and Performance Development Department of Abu Dhabi Police.

Customer Services Department seeks to achieve a number of strategic goals which embody the strategy of Ministry of Interior, through communicating with partners in various occasions and events, in such a way that boosts expertise sharing and partnership building, as well as developing aspects of cooperation between the ministry and other specialized local and international customer services bodies.
