A delegation from the General Directorate of Human Resources at the Ministry of the Interior, discussed with officials of the Department of Human Resources at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), ways of activating cooperation in exchanging of experiences between the two sides, and improving performance at all levels.
Colonel Khalifa Mohammed Al Zaabi, Director of Performance Evaluation at Directorate-General for Human Resources in the Ministry of the Interior, was in a visit to the Dubai International Financial Centre.
He was received by Nabil Mahmoud Ramadan, Executive Director of Human Resources Sector , and a number of human resources officials at the Center.
The two sides reviewed the initiatives in the areas of assessing the performance of employees and initiatives of linking efficiency with performance, the promotion system and the professional and leadership development programs to upgrade performance and motivate employees.
Colonel Al Zaabi said the visit reflects the vision and mission of the Ministry of Interior in strengthening partnerships with all government and private institutions to gain benefit and exchange the experiences with these sectors, and ensure coordination and cooperation between the Ministry and the (DIFC) in various fields.
The delegation toured the facilities and sections of the Dubai International Financial Centre and got briefed on the DIFC’s courts and the nature of the services offered to the employees.
At the end of the visit the two sides exchanged memento shields.
