Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police, honored the training liaison officers and staff working in this field at the department. Al Raisi lauded the honorees for their efforts in implementing the 2012 annual training plan and improving the efficiency of all the departments’ personnel, as well as attaining 95% in the training performance indicator at the Training Department before the deadline.

Al Raisi underscored the keenness of Abu Dhabi Police to qualify employees at various levels. He also pointed out that the leadership vision aims to provide suitably qualified staff, in order to hone their skills and abilities and keep them abreast of performance developments in all areas. This vision is implemented in collaboration with the Training Department, which endeavors to organize training sessions with specialized institutes and measure the impact of training on the employees, through the levels I, II, and III. This effort will lead to improvements in performance results at work.

Furthermore, he praised the outstanding efforts of the liaison officers, who are devoted to training all employees along with their team, for successfully implementing support plans. These officers are also keen to excel in their work and reach optimal levels. Moreover, Al Raisi highlighted the continuous support dedicated by the Higher Leadership to the training process. In conclusion, he hoped that this trust represents an incentive for them to move forward exerting further efforts and dedication for the country.

At the end of the ceremony, the Director General of Central Operations distributed certificates of appreciation and gratitude to the honorees.
