Director General of Finance and Services at Abu Dhabi Police, Major General Khalil Dawood Badran, decorated as many as 25 police officers, non-commissioned officers and personnel with medals of excellence. Decorated officers are included by the decision number 617 for the year 2012 issued by Lt General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.
Major General Badran congratulated the honored personnel, emphasizing the attention given by the police leadership to its personnel by awarding them with badges and medals, in recognition of their sincere efforts in the performance of their duties; and for working hard and with dedication to develop police work.
Furthermore, he stressed the importance of pursuing and maintaining further success and excellence, and upgrading them to promote the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ’s strategy priorities. Moreover, he praised their efforts to achieve development and excellence, in line with Abu Dhabi Police GHQ’s work, as a motivation for their colleagues to fair competition.
He called upon them the decorated officers to exert more efforts, to develop and hone their skills through training, and to acquaint themselves with the latest developments in their line of work, so as to enhance development efforts of police work according to the leadership and excellence standards.
The decoration ceremony was attended by Colonel Arif Saif Al Shamsi, Director of Sports Clubs and Activities at Abu Dhabi Police and a number of officers from the Performance Appraisal Department.
