Lieutenant Colonel Awadh Ahmed Al Marar, Director of Al Ain Residency and Naturalization Department, honored 23 of the department’s employees including officers, non-commissioned officers, and civilians for their excellence, efforts, and dedication with regard to assignments given to them.
Lieutenant Colonel also honored a number of strategic partners from both public and private institutions in Al Ain. This honoring took place during the quarterly ceremony held at the General Headquarters. It was attended by a number of heads of divisions, branch directors, and several officers at the Al Ain Residency and Naturalization Department.
Commenting on the occasion, Lieutenant Colonel Al Marar said: “This recognition is in line with the department’s endeavor to promote and encourage all staff to make more efforts and upgrade the level of work performed. With this recognition, we express our appreciation to the significant and continuous efforts made by the staff, which is an approach that we are keen to promote as it reflects our belief that the human resource is the actual wealth of any department.”
He expressed his hope that this recognition would be a motive for the staff to work harder with the aim of supporting the Department. He also referred to the department’s appreciation to dedicated staff members who are committed to their working hours, cooperate with their colleagues, and deal with the public in a proper manner.
He thanked the strategic partners of the department for their exceptional contribution during their work with the department, in developing the partnership, and enhancing the level of services provided.
