Al Ain Residency Department participates in diabetes awareness campaign
Al Ain Department of Residency and Foreigners Affairs have joined the medical campaign intended to educate the public on the risks of diabetes. The participation comes within the efforts of the Department to participate in community and humanitarian awareness and activities programmes. The participation also is in line with MoI strategy to serve the community and to deliver civilized services to its personnel, in coincidence with the country celebrations with the World Diabetes Day.
The campaign included free medical examinations for elderly people in addition to other checkups and distribution of awareness brochures. The campaign attracted large numbers of officers, NCOs and personnel and other clients.
