Colonel Muhammad Saif Al Zaabi, Director, Punitive and Correctional institutions in Abu Dhabi Police recognized the excellence and innovation of teams and individuals who were qualified for receiving the Director of Punitive and Correctional Institutions Job Excellence Award in its first edition for the year 2011.
Al Zaabi addressed the recognized staff, commending the efforts of teams and individuals at all levels, and their dedication at work in order to promote and enhance the performance of the center on the basis of approaches, initiatives and modern methods that aim at supporting and promoting staff performance.
Al Zaabi noted that this award comes in line with the principle of catalyzing innovative staff members. He said that the recognized staff members are the first batch of staff who will be awarded; the rest of the staff will be recognized later.
He called upon the recognized staff to continue their endeavors to achieve the desired goals and promising results. He also told them to continue the progress, success, skills refining, developing their expertise and increase their scientific and practical knowledge.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Colonel Al Zaabi distributed memorial gifts on the staff in recognized categories i.e. Distinguished Employee (officers’ level), Distinguished Work Team, Distinguished Practices, Distinguished Performance, Best on Duty Officer, Operational Plans Implementation, and Approaches Execution.
