The Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, represented by the Selection and Recruitment Department, participated in the Open Day that was held at the Higher Colleges of Technology on the 18th and the 19th of April. The department presented a wide range of civil and police job opportunities in accordance with the Abu Dhabi Police requirements for local students nearing graduation and seeking a job opportunity.
Lt. Colonel Mohamed Saeed Al Kaabi, Deputy Director of the Selection and Recruitment Department said: “The participation of the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters in different employment activities comes in line with its social responsibility and reinforces its strategic partnerships with higher education institutions. This participation is designed to attract graduates in order for them to benefit from the various career opportunities provided by the Abu Dhabi Police to locals. The step will contribute to increasing the percentage of jobs provided to locals, improving the opportunities for professional rehabilitation, and professional and scientific training.”
He added: “The participation of the Abu Dhabi Police in the Open Day organized by the Higher Colleges of Technology in Abu Dhabi over two days is an opportunity to acquaint new students with the advantages of police work and will enhance their professional culture.”
Dr. Tayyeb Kamali, Chancellor of the Higher Colleges of Technology, praised the Abu Dhabi Police’s commitment to participate in the different activities organized held by the Higher Colleges for Technology; it is considered to be a strategic partner to higher education institutions in the country.
