The Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters signed a memorandum of understanding with Abu Dhabi University to enhance collaboration in various fields of scientific exchange, mutually benefit from experiences and staff, and conduct studies and research of mutual concern, as well as exchange visits, information, contacts, and views.
The memorandum of understanding also included using both parties expertise to organize conferences, seminars and specialized workshops that contribute to supporting decision making.
The memorandum was signed by Colonel Mohamed Hameed bin Dalmouj Al Zahiri, Director General of Strategy and Performance Development in the General Secretariat of the Office of His Highness Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, on behalf of the Abu Dhabi Police Headquarters, and Dr. Nabil Ibrahim, Chancellor of Abu Dhabi University.
Colonel Al Zahiri stated: “The agreement comes in line with our police command’s directives to develop coordination and cooperation with different governmental parties and private sector institutions with the specific purpose of reaching the desired training and educational institutions.”
Dr. Nabil reasserted the cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Police in various fields; especially in the field of scientific exchange.
The signing ceremony was attended by Major Abdulla Mohammed Al Kaabi, Director of Decision- Making Support Center; First Lieutenant Abdullah Al Dahmani from the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters; and Dr. Jamil Abdul Majeed from Abu Dhabi University.
