As many as 66 trainees including police officers, non-commissioned officers and instructors at the Police College have successfully completed three specialized training courses on “skills of preparing tests questions”, “quality auditors’ preparation” and “team building and developing of team spirit”.

They have been graduated in a ceremony held by the Police College and attended by Brigadier Ali Abdul Aziz bin Darwish, director general of human resources at the Ministry of Interior, and Colonel Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al Hameedi, director of the Police Officers Training Institute and other departments and sections directors and heads.

Bin Darwish said the ministry has paid a lot of attention to training process to ensure high quality of training outputs through attracting the best experts and instructors worldwide.

The three courses aim to provide trainees with the required knowledge and skills to be accredited as quality auditors, and offer them the basic concepts related to the measurement methods and academic assessment, Al Hameedi said.

Trainees also will be able to learn about wide range of concepts that lead to building of an organizational culture based on the teamwork, he added, indicating that they have received classroom and practical training.
