Colonel Dr. Rashid Mohammed Borshid, Director of the Criminal Investigation Department at Abu Dhabi Police attended the graduation ceremony of 26 Abu Dhabi Police members who took part in the 13th Basic Investigation process Development Course (AIO) and the 5th Advanced Course (IO). The courses aim to improve performance by acquainting participants with the latest developments in the fields of police and security work.

Colonel Borshid stated that the police leadership is keen on organizing such training courses for their significant role in enhancing performance and raising the efficiency of police personnel. He pointed out that the 5th Advanced Course included 13 participants, while the 13th Basic Investigation Development Course included 13 participants comprising of officers, non-commissioned officers, and individuals from the various investigation departments. The intensive 40-day training course focused on the investigation process developments. 

At the end of the ceremony, Director of the Abu Dhabi Police Criminal Investigation Department, accompanied by Lt. Colonel Khalfan Al Kaabi, Deputy Director of the Training Department, distributed certificates to the graduates, wishing them the best of luck and success.

The two courses, held at the Training Department, were jointly organized by the Investigation Department at Abu Dhabi Police, the Investigation Processes Development Committee of Policing Operations Directorate, and the Abu Dhabi Police Training Department, in collaboration with the British Academy.
